We begin with a discovery meeting to understand your needs, use case, audience, and product, therapy, or procedure. With this information, we develop a complete solution designed to meet your needs.
That depends on the scope of the project, but our typical process lasts 8-12 weeks. If you need a quicker turnaround, we are flexible and can tailor our approach to meet your needs.

That depends on your use case. We generally recommend 60-90 seconds for marketing videos, 2-3 minutes for patient education, and 2-4 minutes for physician training. We’ll work with your team to develop the most effective and concise script for your needs.
Scripting is a collaborative process where we’ll work closely with you to identify the overall flow of the story. From there, our team will refine the narration to ensure the story is concise and impactful.
We’ll want CAD files, photos, procedural videos, and the device itself, if possible. Other documents like IFUs, white papers or PowerPoints are also useful. As each animation is unique, we’ll guide you through what’s needed.
Our vast 3D library is based on anatomical atlases, 3D scans, and input from medical experts. For specific conditions or anatomy, we work with your subject matter experts to fine tune our models to tell your story.
Yes! The models from 3D animations can be cost effectively leveraged to create product illustrations for brochures, packaging, trade show booth graphics and more. We also can repurpose these assets to create short clips and images for social media and web use.
Video
We develop videos for product and service marketing, education and training, thought leadership, general corporate communications, and high impact videos for trade shows and campaigns. In addition we specialize in telling patient stories and capturing clinical cases in Cath and EP labs, OR’s and in hospitals and clinics.
We like to work with clients to clearly define goals and objectives, determine the appropriate audience and marketing channels, and work with you to develop and refine both the messaging and the overall user/viewer experience. We like to ask, “What should the audience think or do when they view or interact with your materials? Once we have agreed upon the strategy, we put a plan in place to meet your budget and timeline.
We start by developing a script, which is the blueprint for the production. It includes the messaging, visual approach and defines the production parameters around location, talent and graphic needs. Capturing the scenes may involve recording at your location, interviewing thought leaders, hiring talent or working with employees and patients. Once the footage is captured we bring the program to life through editing, developing supporting graphics and adding narration and music soundtrack.
Costs come down to a few key factors; number of days recording, talent and location fees, graphic needs, and complexity of the editing.
The duration can range from a week or two, to several months, depending upon the program complexity. Regardless of duration, we plan each step of the production process to create an agreed upon timeline with stated milestones, then work our plan to completion, with checks along the way to ensure we’re meeting customer expectations.
Motion Design
Motion graphics, sometimes called “explainer videos,” are 2D animations used to simplify complex ideas and educate audiences.
Several factors impact cost such as; complexity of the story, graphic design needs and the overall length of the script. We’ll design a custom solution to meet your budgetary and timeline needs.
